Bellydance Fitness - Mondays @ 7:30pm
This class is a full aerobic workout which will include many isolations to tone and shape arms, abs, buttocks, thighs and calves. There will be a full warm up followed by fast paced travel steps adding bellydance movements throughout the class. Socks or bare feet are not allowed for this class as it is extremely unsafe.

Beginner Level I (intro to belly dance)- Fridays @ 7pm

Beginner Level II (intro to veil and layering) - Fridays @ 8pm

Performance / Choreography - Fridays @ 9pm
This class is invitation only and includes the Lotus Dance Troupe members. It's goal is to prepare the student to execute a professional belly dance show. Improvisational skills are taught along with choreographed pieces. Props such as zills, veils, candle tray, sword, wings and cane are taught and worked into improvisation and routines.

Beginner Level I (intro to belly dance)- Sundays @ 3pm

Beginner Level II (intro to veil and layering) - Sundays @ 4pm

Beginner to Intermediate Level III (intro to cymbals) - Sundays @ 5pm
This class will teach zill patterns from basic to advanced. All body movements, body positions and isolations with travel steps will be used in addition to your cymbal work.
